So, why do you need your tanks cleaned? I use the tank sprayer. Isn’t that enough?
Well, it does help some. It’s like washing your vehicle with a water hose with a sprayer, it doesn’t get all the grime off of the vehicle but, if you use a pressure washer it takes the grime right off your vehicle. Same principle goes for inside your black and grey tanks. You need that high pressure water to get all the extra gunk and grime those low-pressure built-in sprayers don’t get.

In addition to human waste, hair, grease, and mold, your tank often has a buildup of a hard mineral deposit called struvite. Struvite can cause clogs, tank sensor misreads, and hold odors.
Struvite Rock - Can build up to 3/4" thick and add weight to your tank. It can also coat your tank and pipes.
Struvite Sludge - Regular dumping and even built-in tank rinses won’t do much to move the struvite. By using special Hydro-jetting to clean your tanks, it will soften and break up the struvite so it can be flushed.
Struvite Flakes - Struvite is heavy and you need the right amount of pressure to remove it.

Gray Tanks - Keep tank valves closed until time to dump
Scrape off food and wipe off grease before washing dishes
Use Dawn Liquid soap for washing dishes
Use liquid or foaming soaps instead of bar soap
Avoid gritty bath or face scrubs; the grit can get stuck in the valves
Use tank treatment
Black Tanks - Keep tank valves closed until time to dump
Dump black tanks first, then grey
Fill toilet bowl before or after solids, then flush all at once, Water is your Friend
Use tank treatment
You should have your tanks cleaned yearly or as needed for recreational use and 2 or more times for full time living

After my 40 mile radius it’s $2.50 a mile one way
You must have full hook-ups to get your tanks cleaned.
If your RV is hard plumbed to the septic, and I have to remove it,
there is an extra charge to be able to hook my equipment to it.
If you have a macerator, make sure it has a bypass to go around it.
